Who’s Frank? is a family-owned food business that Anthony and Valerie are building together, with their kids very much a part of the story.
We’re Brooklyn born and raised, and food has always been part of how we bring people together. We’ve always found joy in cooking for people, having friends and family around, experimenting with food, and sharing what we make. We’re not professionally trained chefs.
We’re a family that loves cooking for people.

The neighborhoods, street festivals, food, family gatherings, community, and traditions we grew up around have all influenced what we’re creating.

We’re bringing that nostalgic neighborhood feeling into something new.
We’re starting with pop-ups, street fairs, festivals, community events, private events, and our food trailer.
We’re starting small, but we’re dreaming bigger — building something that can grow with our family and the community around us.
